Herbal Yoga Journey

We are delighted to share with you the details of our next Retreat day which will happen on the 18th February (Sunday) 
It will be a deep nature immersion, therefore we named it Herbal Yoga Journey where we will host also an amazing guest teacher – Sophie Muuse.
It will be a deep nature immersion, therefore we named it Herbal Yoga Journey where we will host also an amazing guest teacher – Sophie Muuse.After our grounding morning yoga class Sophie will take us on a Herbal Meditation Walk to connect with and forage some local plants. We will enjoy a delicious vegan brunch together and of course some herbal infusions from the healing plants from our garden
It will be a really special day with the intention to tune into the energy of Earth and nature’s wisdom
