In this meeting we will explore the basic principles of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and experience what it is like to touch and be touched from the state of neutrality.

We will experience practical body awareness exercises, combined with a brief explanation of the history and concepts of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy.

Sarjan has been connected to the world of personal development and self-knowledge his entire life. At 6 years old he traveled to India with his parents to the Osho Ashram and was introduced to the world of meditation and connection with the inner essence.

The discovery of the Biodynamic vision in 2001 totally fit with his concept of life, allowing the body to flow and do the work it needs, since he has always felt that there is something more powerful than ourselves that makes us alive and able to survive. .

He trained since 2001 with the Spanish Institute of Craniosacral Biodynamics (IEBC) and with the International Institute of Craniosacral Balance (ICSB®) in Craniosacral Biodynamics and various specializations. He is a professor and tutor in Craniosacral Biodynamics at the IEBCS in Barcelona and an accredited tutor at the ICSB® in Switzerland. Certified Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist (BCST), member and president of the AETBC.

Experimentaremos ejercicios prácticos de conciencia corporal, combinado con una breve explicación de la historia y conceptos de la Terapia Biodinámica Craneosacral.

El descubrimiento de la visión Biodinámica en el 2001 encajo totalmente con su concepto de vida, permitir que el cuerpo fluya y realice el trabajo que necesita, ya que siempre ha sentido que hay algo más poderoso que nosotros mismo que hace que estemos vivos y podamos sobrevivir.

Formado desde el 2001 con el Instituto Español de Biodinámica Craneosacral (IEBC) y con el Instituto Internacional de Equilibrio Craneosacral (ICSB®) en Biodinámica Craneosacral y diversas especializaciones. Es profesor y tutor en Biodinámica Craneosacral en el IEBCS de Barcelona y tutor acreditado en el ICSB® de Suiza. Titulado Terapeuta Craneosacral Biodinámico (BCST), miembro y presidente de la AETBC.
