Parkour Littles

Parkour is a training discipline that uses the environment as a playground, aiming to get from one structure to another using precision, coordination, flexibility, strength and mobility. It is a wonderful practice for children to inspire coordination, strength, confidence, risk assessment and mindfulness.
Daniel brings a unique approach to these classes with an infusion of Alliyana Movement (his own artform based on 30 years of professional movement experience), playfulness, attentive care and wisdom.
We are offering this special class, monthly, for our little ones, ages 4 – 5 years old, as a way to try out parkour. This entry class is also a good way for the young ones to explore moving into the Foundational Classes that start from ages 5 and up.
No experience is necessary. In order to keep a safe ratio of students to coach, we limit the classes to 10 children each. We recommend parents stick around for this age group.
Registration is required before joining.
