Your Visionboard 2024 – The Embodied Flow Way

Start 2024 with a crystal clear vision of what you wish to experience and how you wish to feel throughout the year.

The history of vision-boards dates back to the cave men, but we will add a twist to it: You will move and create that vision from your heart.

In order to do so you will be guided through a moving meditation mixed with Embodied Flow Movement – a combination of somatic practices and intuitively moving your body – to fully come into your body, turn inwards and connect with your heart.

From here you will be led to tune into your heart and sense & feel what you truly wish to manifest and attract into your life. Once you have got the feeling and vision of that, it is time to get creative by crafting your vision-board and infuse it with what you just experienced.

Program:

• 10:00 – 10:15 Welcome & Intro
• 10:30 – 11:15 Moving Meditation & Embodied Flow Movement
• 11:15 – 13:00 Vision Board Creating (all material will be provided)
• 13:00 – 13:30 Sharing & Closing Circle

What to bring:

Please bring a water bottle and a cushion to sit on and wear comfortable clothes to move in. Bring your journal & pen for any insights you wish to write down.

No previous experience is required.

Snacks & tea will be provided.

This is going to be a fun and interactive morning among amazing men & women who wish to actively co-create their life.

Bio Anne-Christin:

Anne-Christin is a certified Embodied Feminine Flow Teacher, a Somatic Bodywork Facilitator as well as an Intuitive Reiki Practitioner and has been on the self-growth journey for more than 9 years now.

Living in Mallorca, Spain, she works as an Embodiment Coach with clients online or in person combining all the modalities she has learnt and helping people to live a life in balance.
