Every Saturday morning, we are taking Alliyana Movement outdoors in Alaro, Mallorca.
In these sessions, we explore the concept of EMBODIED THERAPEUTICS – a substyle of Alliyana Movement that uses an interplay of gentle movement, mobility, meditation, meridian knowledge and bioenergetics to open and align the physical and energetic forms. This class offers a morning flow between energising breath work and inspired movement to a waken the body and mind — a perfect way to start the weekend!
Suitable for absolute beginners, those looking to reignite a body-connection and/or for professional movers. All are welcome.
