Love Based Birth preparation classes are for couples who want to take an active, leading role in their pregnancy and birth – couples who want the most gentle start for their baby and also want to be well equipped to make decisions along the way. This course is ideal for first time parents or experienced parents who want to tick every box as they prepare for an empowering birth experience, supported with evidence-based material, hands-on exercises to support labor and a holistic view of birth.
