Sound therapy or sound healing is an effective and fully scientifically proven method in addition to being an ancient practice that helps us heal our ailments, with the ability to get to the root cause of any discomfort.

It is a holistic therapy that works on different mental, spiritual and body bodies, it has the property of harmonizing our emotions, thoughts and our entire energy system without any distinction. Sound makes all our cells vibrate by going inside them and cleaning them. Balances our brain hemispheres, helps us clear ourselves of thoughts, emotions and negative load, opens our perception, awakens our creativity, gifts and skills.

In this session we will use instrument such as Tibetan Bowls, Quartz Bowls, Gong, Shamanic Drum, Bells, Crotals… but the most interesting thing is that these instruments work in fusion with Ancestral Songs formerly used by Shamans, Tibetan Monks, Healers… known as harmonic, diphonic, gutural chants…
And for the most curious to say that sound sessions also come accompanied by a mystical, extrasensory, spiritual experience… pretty deep although you don’t have to believe any of this to be able to feel its effects and healing properties.
We will perform this session with sounds in an ancient water basin that is now used as a therapeutic center, the vaults in the room give this place a welcoming female energy and its shapes make the resonance of sound magnify and empower.
