Core Awakening Series for ALL Women (ONLINE)

€95This unique program offers a holistic approach towards restoring, reconnecting, and repatterining core engagement within the female body.
This foundational series of 4 classes is purposefully curated to introduce simple methods to establish postural alignment, breath connection, pelvic floor balancing and activation of the deep core system as a means to provide a solid foundation from which a safe and confident yoga practice (or daily practice of any kind) can be established. These sessions are aimed at rehabilitating and empowering women to live in their vibrancy and totality and are open to women of all life stages.
Week 1: Posture, Breath & Thorasic Mobility
Week 2: Pelvic Floor Balancing & Pelvic Mobility
Week 3: Activation of Deep Core System
Week 4: Integration
Using gentle embodiment exercises that are derived from pelvic health physiotherapy, yoga & pilates, we will address the Core Four, balance of the Pelvic Floor Muscles (hypertonicity and hypotonicity), Diastasis Recti and restoring functionality of the Linea Alba through Transversus Abdominis activation.
No experience is needed. All content has been reviewed and approved by pelvic health physiotherapists.

ABOUT AMBER
As an Embodiment Facilitator and the Founder of Embodied Woman Yoga, Amber loves to empower women with knowledge of cyclical wisdom from preconception to pre/postpartum, through menopause. A life journey of more than 25 years of study and practice in Yoga, Ayurveda and Meditation, as well as a PhD in the Biomedical Sciences and a deeply seeded dharma of birth-work and pelvic health medicine have brought Amber into a unique path where scientific, ancient and sacred feminine wisdoms merge together into a truly holistic journey of exploration. Amber currently offers a 90hr Embodied Woman Pre/Postpartum Yoga Teacher Training biannually in Singapore & Spain, as well as international workshops & trainings (online and in-person) for women’s health as supported through the lens of yoga.
WHO CAN JOIN THESE CLASSES?
These are for ANY woman, whether pubescent, pregnant, newly postpartum (more than 6 weeks), postpartum from decades ago, peri or postmenopausal, essentially – any woman looking to connect more deeply to her pelvic health and core to support hormonal health and a foundation from which to move confidently for any practice.

Not to worry, sessions will be recorded and you will have access to the replay for (7 days access).
HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM GENERAL YOGA CLASSES?
Core Awakening helps to build the foundation for our ongoing practice. In this series we learn the fundamentals of how to engage the pelvic floor and deep core, which we then bring with us into general yoga or other exercise classes.
